The duffin was created in 2008 out of a need for a “muffin” during the off season for fresh local fruit – a flavor was needed and the cinnamon duffin was born. Part donut – part muffin – totally delicious, this baked cake donut is easily the most popular item sold in the bakery and a very popular item at the Summit farmers market.
